The exact rate depends on the destination and the length of the rental. Fuel is paid by the client, either directly on the road or added to your rental invoice, whichever you prefer. A deposit of 35% of the final amount is required before departure. No hidden fees: the price is confirmed in writing before you leave.

No. The vehicle comes with a driver only. It is a condition of our insurance, and it guarantees the 4x4 is driven by someone who knows it.
You tell the driver, or you call us. Each extra day is charged at the same daily rate as the quote. Nothing is marked up because you are already on the road.
Fuel is paid by the client. Two options, chosen when you get your quote: either you pay for it yourself on the road, or we add it to your rental invoice. Either way, you get an estimate before departure.
From three things: the destination, the number of days and the purpose of the journey. You receive a firm price in writing before departure, and that price does not move.
Yes. A deposit of 35% of the final rental amount is required before departure. It appears in your quote, so you know the exact amount in advance, and it is never paid on this site. It is not a payment, it is a guarantee. It is returned to you in full within 48 hours of the end of the rental, by the same means you used to pay it, against a receipt. Because the vehicle is driven by our own driver, neither a breakdown, nor a road accident, nor normal wear can be deducted from your deposit. Only three things can be: extra days you asked for, fuel we advanced at your request, and damage caused by the load you entrusted to us. Any deduction is presented to you in writing, with its justification, before it is applied. A photographed condition report is signed at departure and on return: that report is what counts, for you as much as for us.
Yes. The vehicle is insured and its paperwork is up to date. The documents are on board and can be checked at handover.
We cover the whole of Cameroon. Put your destination in the form: if a journey is not workable, we will say so plainly rather than waste your time.
The vehicle is checked before every departure to limit that risk. If it is immobilised, we cover the repair and that day is not charged.
